We all live our current lives living in the past dramas as we have done our whole lives. Parisha Taylor recommends stopping and doing what is called locationals. We would pick opposite points in the same room and see them and state their names. For example, see the doorknob, yes. See the window, yes. See the blue carpet, yes. See the chair in the corner of the room. The longer you practice this exercise, the more you are rooted in the present time. You are living your life in the now. This is a very powerful place to be.
