The first step is to identify which behaviours one wishes to eliminate. The second step is to identify which behaviours one wishes to be the replacements. With encouragement from PaRisHa Taylor, her students learn the process of accomplishing the above tasks. It takes great courage to make drastic changes in your life. However, once you have done so, it is common to ask yourself why you did not do it sooner.
