Parisha is a big proponent of journaling. Out of this journaling and self-discovery, she says you will identify recurring emotions and limited states of mind. Memorized emotions condition the body to be the mind. It is these self-limiting emotions that are responsible for the automatic thought processes that keep you stuck in patterns you wish you could resolve. It is an excellent tool of self-discovery. You will find that many of the thoughts aren’t even yours! They are voices of your parents, your teachers, etc. Parisha suggests when you catch yourself listening to these voices, to ask, “Who’s talking?”
